When you mix knowledge, common objects and fun... great science happens! That is exactly what happened when Mr. Science - aka Ryan Hixon, a Venice High School Senior - came to the Robert and Joan Lee Club.
As part of his high school class, Ryan volunteered his time to run five sessions for our members in the following areas of science:
Overall, eight members participated in each class in grades 3 to 6.
According to Unit Director Michael Stevens, "The members really enjoyed the experiments and how to use common objects to create science."
